Ice cream is a favorite treat of children and adults.The history of ice cream is very ancient and fascinating.The first ice cream appeared in Ancient China5 thousand years ago.
The Chinese enjoyed snow and ice mixed with slices of oranges, lemons and pomegranate seeds.

According to legend, the recipe for fruit ice cream was brought to Europe from China by the Italian traveler Marco Polo at the beginning of the XIV century.
The ice cream consisted of chilled and sweetened juices, with honey and nuts
