Пояснительная записка
Данная презентация предназначена для изучения темы „My college“, выполнена в соответствии с требованиями рабочей программы общеобразовательного учебного предмета «Иностранный язык» для студентов всех специальностей 1 курса СПО.
Цель презентации - совершенствование коммуникативных умений в говорении, чтении, воспитание чувства уважения к учебному заведению, развитие интереса к изучаемому предмету.
Презентация знакомит студентов с историей техникума, его структурой, с правилами учебного процесса.
Презентация построена на изученном в техникуме лексическом и грамматическом материале с добавлением новых лексических единиц.
При помощи данной презентации можно составить монологическое высказывание.

Location and foundation
Our college is situated in Leningrad region, Boksitogorsky district, village Bor.

It was founded on the 1st of February 1972.

Academic year




Has 2 terms
After each term students take tests on academic disciplines
Has 2 periods of vacation( in winter, in summer)
In the end of academic year students pass the exams
On the last year of studying students pass final exams
Every course has it’s own curriculum (educational program)

Our college runs 6 full-time departments.
They are:
“Tractor construction and tractor driver”, “Technical Maintenance or the cars”, “Technologist of agriculture production and realization”, “Technical Maintenance of Electrical and Electromechanical equipment”, “Economics and Accounting”, “Master of finishing and construction works”

The course of study in our college lasts about four years. The academic year is divided into two terms. During the term students have to attend lectures, and practical according to the time-table. They also make reports; do laboratories and graphical works according to the basic program. The first year students study such traditional disciplines as mathematics, chemistry, physics, history, foreign languages. Graduates have to take final exams and defend their diploma project worked out with the help of their supervisors. On graduating from the college students are awarded special certificates – diplomas.

Our college occupies 1 building.
It is well-designed
and well-equipped with
modern workshops and laboratories.
On the territory of our technickum we can see a hostel.

The students of our college always
get high positions in region,
republic and federal tournaments.

Our college has got a library and
a reading – room. Many students go to the reading – room to prepare homework.

All college celebrations are held in the assembly hall.
Students can have meals in the canteen.

The students like the college. They are proud of it. They know it helps them become good specialists.
