Today I would like to tell you about places in the UK which I am very interested and I would love to visit them
Located on the West coast of the island of Britain, covering over 2 million square kilometers of magnificent landscapes, Snowdonia is the largest national Park Wales, but the vast inhabited territory, where they live and work about 26 thousand people. Snowdonia boasts the highest mountains and the largest natural lake in Wales. This beautiful country is closely connected with the history and culture of the Welsh people – half the population of Snowdonia is still spoken in Welsh, which is difficult to compete with the rapidly spreading English. This Park is the birthplace of many famous Welsh people, for the people of Wales called it "the abode of eagles".
Major cities on the territory of the Park there, only a few picturesque villages and towns, blends harmoniously with the mountain landscape. Laid in the Park, a network of Railways: Welsh highland, Fastidiosa and Snowdonia mountain road. They have historical significance: built over a hundred years ago, they are considered a kind of moving Museum, performing functions such as transport and cultural heritage. Bright red vintage steam locomotive passing through the narrow tracks among the mountain cliffs, are a great spectacle.
Lake district (Lakes of Europe) in the North-West of England is the largest of thirteen national parks of England, the second largest in Britain (after the Park of the Cairngorms in Scotland) and its most famous natural region. This lovely area was named after the fourteen most prominent lakes, scattered among the hills and lowlands. The blue water of the lake, morning mist over the hills, the sound of the waterfalls and village houses made of gray stone exist in wonderful harmony for many centuries.
