The rights of children

The convention on the rights of the child to proclaim
All children have the right to non-discrimination;
Children have the right to live;
All children have the right to name and nationality
at birth;
Children have the right to express their views;
Children have the right to meet other people;
Children have the right to privacy;
Children have the right to information;
Children have the right to protection;
Disabled children have the right to take a full and
active part in everyday life;
Children have the right to education and development;
Children have the right to leisure;
Children have the right to health and health care

Privation of paternal rights
2.Paternal rights touch every
child individually. It is impossible
to deprive paternal rights in
general, not selecting a child,
whose rights and interests are
rudely trampled by parents.
Privation of paternal rights is
shut out also in regard to a child
which is not yet present.
1.Privation of paternal
rights is a semeyno-pravovoy
measure of responsibility in
regard to parents, I.e. persons, written
in as parents in an act record about
birth of child.

The organizations on protection of the rights of the child in the countries in Europe
Organization “Rescue children“
engendered in Latvia more than 10
years back on initiative of child's
Doctor Inguny Ebely. It translated
and published in Latvian language
Convention of UNO about defense of
rights for a child. Experts and
specialists investigate position of
families of children, develop the
projects of documents, directed on the improvement of this position. Now more than 10 thousand
persons work in organization.

Organization “Rescue children“
In the lecture in Committee of UNO it was
reported on rights for a child, that:
85% Latvian families live in poverty.
About 2 thousand children do not attend school.
Seven from 10 suffer one or another disease.
About 600 children purchased new families last year. Center, responsible for realization of Convention on rights for a child, was created in Latvia.

Save the children and care of them!
In fact they are flowers of our life!
